General Information

Can I customize my umbrella?

Of course. However, minimum order quantity applies, unless you’re going for our local existing stocks (see next answer for more details). Usually for single tone umbrella designs, MOQ is at least 500pcs. Designs that are more complicated or even for double tone fabrics will have to be advised on a case-to-case basis.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Whether or not you intend to do any printing on the umbrellas, there is no minimum quantity required for ordering if you select from our range of ready stocks. That is, even if you intend to print on only a piece of umbrella, we are able to do it for you. However, for those require printing, minimum printing charge applies. Models and colors are also subjected to availability.

On the other hand, for customized designs or overseas indented stocks, there is a minimum order quantity depending on the design and print you require. You can send us a rough image of your design or call us up to check on the order quantity needed. Usually for single tone umbrella designs, MOQ is at least 500pcs. Designs that are more complicated or even for double tones fabric will have to be advised on a case-to-case basis.

Are all the colours/models of the umbrella featured for the product codes available?

Unfortunately, not all colours/models featured will be available. The product arrives with all the colours featured but some colours will be sold faster than the others along the way. Temporary reservations made might render certain models to be out of stock which we have yet to update the status in our website. It will be advisable to check with us the availability of the colours/models you are interested in. In the meantime, it is within our discretion to put all the products up for sale unless a reservation was made.

Do I have to get my printing done with your in-house printer?

No, you do not have to. If you have your preferred printer, we would be glad to help you to deliver your goods to the printing site. In this case, you will have to liaise with your printer and courier directly

How big can my printing logo goes up to?

For local printing sizes (taking our ready-stock), do refer to the charts provided under the link “Printing Sizes”

As for customized design done overseas, you can print in any way you desired, whether it is a single full panel, the entire umbrella or across panels. Embossing or embroidery services are also available for customized orders but of course, there is a minimum order quantity to take into account that is to be advised.

What is the production lead time?

Local printing/orders – For orders that require printing, it very much depends on your quantity ordered, your imprint and the number of printing jobs lined up. As a gauge, the estimated time for a printed sample takes roughly 2 to 3 days and the end products take about a week or so after sample approval. If you have an urgent order, please feel free to let us know so that we can arrange to rush out your production at the soonest possible time.

Customized/Overseas order – Generally, arrival of goods will take at least 45 days inclusive of sample. To be advised on a case by case basis.

Will the printing or umbrella costs be cheaper if I repeat my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to give any discounts on repeated orders as each order and printing cost will be taken individually.

For printing, if you have just placed your order with us and would like to add on to your quantity, we might be able to take it as one single order and give you a better rate on the printing if  we still have your printing mould. However, anything above 500pcs will be covered under the same cost.

What we would advise is to consolidate and place your order together to enjoy the benefits of lower charges.

How long can I keep my reservation?

We usually reserve the items up to a week unless otherwise requested upon notification.
