At HAK KIM, we aim to keep shipping and delivery as cheap and fuss-free as possible. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order(s) as soon as we can.
For local production of order quantity at 100 units and above, free delivery will be provided for one location. As for quantity below 100 units, fret not, we have not forgotten about you! Depending on our delivery schedules, do check with our sales assistants if we will be passing by your location during your delivery period to enjoy free delivery as well! That being said, however, there should not be a fixed delivery date or timing to meet as delivery will be solely complimentary by goodwill of the company.
For international shipping rates, please kindly furnish us with the full details of your location so that you can enjoy the benefits of a reasonable quote using our corporate account with Fedex, Dpex, Toll Global Express or other shipping agents. If you have a preferred shipping agent you'd like to engage, do inform us as well. In this case, you will have to liaise with your agent correspondingly. Please note that our company is not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges.
